What you will need
One Black bin bag
Stiff, wide Halloween ribbon
Scissors
Double-sided tape or a stapler

1. Cut a slit in the bottom of the bin bag for the neck and two slits at the side for the arms.
2. Try it on and cut a V for the neckline to suit.
3. Cut to length.
4. Cut ragged V's in the 'hem.'
5. Use the discarded piece of bin bag as a veil by cutting down one of the seams and opening it up.
6. Cut a piece of ribbon to fit around head like a crown and join with tape.
7. Pleat the bin bag along the short edge to fit around half of the crown.
8. Stick onto crown using double sided tape and/or a stapler.
9. Place ribbon around waist of dress and tape/staple in place.
